Shipping Your Bouquet
To ensure that your bouquet arrives in the best possible condition for preservation, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Preparing Your Bouquet:
- Remove any ribbons, pendants, or papers that you want to keep before shipping. These items will not be returned.
- Ensure that your bouquet is in good condition and free from any wilting or damaged flowers.
2. Packaging Your Bouquet:
- Carefully wrap the stems of the bouquet in a wet towel to keep them hydrated during transit.
- Place the wet-towel-wrapped stems in a plastic bag and securely seal it with rubber bands to prevent moisture leakage.
- Add packing peanuts or crumpled paper to fill any void space in the package and provide additional cushioning.
- Do not wrap the flowers themselves in plastic; only the stems should be wrapped to maintain their freshness.
3. Labeling and Shipping:
- Attach a "Fragile" label to the package to alert the shipping carrier to handle it with care.
- For the best preservation results, we recommend choosing overnight shipping. However, 1-2 day shipping is also a good option.
4. Include Order Information:
- Inside the package, include a note with the following information:

If you are working with a florist that is affiliated with The Floral Preserve, please work with them to have your bouquet submitted for preservation.
