WHEN SHOULD I BOOK FOR MY EVENT DATE?
You're welcome to secure your booking well in advance of your event date.
We gladly accept last-minute orders, provided that we receive your blooms within 5 days from your event date. It's worth noting that the sooner we receive the flowers, the greater the chance for crafting a stunning preservation.
WHEN SHOULD I DROP OFF FLOWERS IF I AM LOCAL?
If you're located within a reasonable distance from our warehouse, kindly arrange a drop-off appointment by visiting this link. Our drop-off time slots are set at 15-minute intervals.
WHEN SHOULD I SHIP MY FLOWERS?
Opting for overnight shipping is highly recommended for bouquets that aren't dispatched the day following the wedding. Fresh bouquets should be shipped within a span of 5 business days post the wedding.
While in transit, it's possible that some flowers might exhibit browning or petal loss. Opting for overnight shipping significantly mitigates these risks. Although we won't decline a bouquet shipped with standard shipping, it's essential to acknowledge that we'll work with the flowers in the condition they arrive. For optimum results, we recommend utilizing shipping services from UPS or FedEx.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At present, the turnaround period is approximately 3-4 months from the date of receipt, although this time frame is subject to potential adjustments.

ARE THERE ANY FLOWERS THAT CANNOT BE PRESSED?
We are delighted to preserve a wide array of flowers, though certain larger blooms might not translate as effectively in our preservation process.
HOW LONG DO THE PRESERVED FLOWERS LAST?
Flowers will naturally experience a gradual fading in color as time goes on. To ensure the longevity of your product, kindly adhere to the provided care instructions.
DO ALL OF MY FLOWERS GET USED?
Our designers will carefully select the most exquisite blooms from your bouquet for preservation, which means that not all flowers will be utilized. This decision will be at the discretion of our talented team.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do not currently accept orders from outside of the United States.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCT?
While we put every effort into safeguarding our creations during their journey to you, we recognize that mishaps can transpire during the shipping process.
If such an unfortunate event arises, we kindly request that you leave the piece untouched and reseal the packaging securely. Rest assured, we'll promptly provide you with a prepaid return label. Once back in our shop, we'll expertly restore the frame, and swiftly dispatch it back to you, ensuring it returns to its pristine state as swiftly as possible.
